Well, I'm sure you watched the Oscar Awards on Sunday, and at the very end, Michelle Obama, was the hostess whom presented the award for the Best Picture to the Argo Movie. Well she was wearing a very revealing dress, with lots of her shoulders and bare arms showing. This was too much for the Iranian Guard Media News Agency Called, Fars, to take.
They had the pictures altered through the computer program PhotoShop and had clothes applied to her arms and her shoulders. This news agency, Fars, is closely related to the Iranian Guard which wields all political and military power in Iran, and is very conservative to boot. Women in Iran must be very conservative with their dress, or risk being sanscationed by the secret police. The same police agency responsible for putting down the uprising that had occured in 2008.
Michelle Obama is very popular in the United States having recently done a dancing segment with Jimmy Fallon on his late night TV Show, with the Evolution of the Dancing Mom Featured. She has populatrity points some 20 points higher than the president, Barack Obama.
